The customer has a period of 15 days from the date of purchase to return a product with which they are not satisfied. Within this period, you may return said product to us along with a copy of the invoice and provided that they meet the following requirements:

PREPARE THE PACKAGE
Our after-sales department will study your request and when you receive the email accepting your request, write the reference of your return (.........) on a piece of paper and put it inside the package.
TRANSPORT
When we receive the notice indicating that your package is ready, you can choose one of these two options:
- Send it on your own and with the transport company you choose.
- Indicate us by email (opticasmayorvision@gmail.com) so thatWe ordered our carrier to go pick it up.
Once the product is received, our technical service will review it and if everything is correct, the amount will be paid, discounting the transportation costs derived from shipping and collection if applicable, since in the case of a return it is not possible to assume the costs. of transport in all the situations described in the "reasons for return" section.
REFUND THE MONEY
The payment will be made by the same means by which the payment was made. In case of payment by transfer, we will ask you for a bank account number where the deposit can be made effective.
